General Conditions

All sales of goods are made subject to these General Conditions, which prevail over the General Conditions of the Purchase Order. The submission of any order implies that you have read and accepted these General Sales Conditions. The acceptance of these terms acts as a 'digital signature'.

1.-Prices: All our prices include VAT and are expressed in Euros.

2.-Warranty: We offer 6 months warranty on our trademark products from date of the purchase. The warranty does not cover the damages resulting from misuse or normal wear of products. If you received any defective or faulty items, we will send a replacement to you immediately. To determine if an item is defective, it must be sent in its original packaging to GOYAMOTO ESPAÑA, S.L., carriage paid. ADDRESS: Avda. Ramon d´Olzina, Nº 35, esquina C/Riera, Nº 1. 3.-Shipping, handling, packaging, delivery estimates and costs: Our products are shipped priority mail to Spain, Portugal and Andorra and delivered to you within 24 hours approximately (unless there are unexpected delays) upon order submission and payment confirmation. Shipments to the Balearic and the Canary Islands may take one week (upon order submission and payment confirmation), and are sent via Correos (paquete azul). In spite of the previous delivery times, the customer may not claim damages for delayed delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international orders will be processed as soon as possible. The customer, however, must contact the company in order to consider and set the shortest delivery time and shipping charges.

4.-Returns: Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt. GOYAMOTO ESPAÑA, S.L. will only accept returns if items are in perfect condition, received in their original packaging, include all their accessories, and unused. GOYAMOTO ESPAÑA, S.L. must be previously notified of the return by phone. The company does not guarantee a full refund of the purchase price, and it will be replaced with the same trademark item. The shipping cost of any returned item, unless defective, will be at the customer's expense.

5.-Liability: Under no circumstances shall GOYAMOTO ESPAÑA, S.L. be held liable for damages of any kind resulting from the misuse of its products.

6.-Payment Terms: Payment is to be made cash and without any discount by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer “la Caixa” número 2100-3519-89-2200063081 (IBAN-CAIXESBBXXX2100-3519-89-2200063081), or by cash-on-delivery.
Once the payment has been received, your order will be processed, with the exception of cash-on-delivery orders.
